Why We Do What We Do.

Andrew (PureHeart/ Glan Croi)Our beautiful son, Andrew, was diagnosed with Leukemia in July of 2007. He ascended to the next stage of his wonderful journey in October of 2007. He was 16 years old. Part of us felt that there was no way to recover from something like the physical loss of our child, yet we did. Our ability to communicate with Spirit has helped our connection with Andrew, and find out what the next stage of our own journey is all about.
Since he has crossed over, he has given us this idea of putting together music projects that bring together people of all walks of life to share and enjoy the messages that are flowing in from the other side. This couldn't come at a better time for our planet with 2012 right around the corner. |
Andrew talks and we listen. We get the lyrics and the melodies to songs interspaced with information that Andrew says are from our Spirits and Guides. This first CD contains the first songs we received, and are part of the show that we do. The show is about healing and moving through all kinds of grief. You will laugh, you will cry, and at some point in the event, you will experience your own type of healing.

Only Love Is RealWe are putting together 2 CD's for our first launch. An acoustic version, and a mastered musical version. Andrew told us he wants the acoustic version because that is how the songs were relayed to Martin. The acoustic version is Martin's favorite anyway. It's great to be on stage and hearing something a little different in the songs each time you hear them. Martin works with Andrew each time he sings the songs, so anything is possible. |

| "Even in the most traumatic, and trying of times that no child should have to face, Andrew showed amazing courage and grace. He was suffering from mouth ulcerations from the chemo to where he couldn't even swallow his own saliva. He lost his hair, had diarrhea, fevers, and chemo shot into his spine twice a week, amongst other things.
One night I was sitting on the bathroom floor beside him waiting until he needed my help. Andrew was very shy, and the fact that he allowed his mother to sit in with him in the bathroom was a huge deal. We sat there chatting and I said that when we got out of the hospital, all we would remember was the special times we shared, he agreed. Then he said something astounding! He looked at me with those amazing wise, blue eyes of his, and said: "Mommy, I'm happy." I looked at him in shock and said "really?" He went on, "You see all this here?" he pointed to the loaded IV pole he was hooked up to, and hospital room filled with equipment. I said "Yes." He then said "None of this decides if I am happy... I DECIDE if I am happy, and I'm happy."
Tears welled up in my eyes at the incredible courage and grace this amazing young man had. I then told him "Andrew, you are an incredible young man and you are my hero and inspiration. I love you so much." He replied, "I love you Mommy. I couldn't do this without you and Daddy."
If a 16 Year Old could face one of the hardest challenges in life that anyone could experience, with such a positive attitude, how can we not in our everyday lives? " |
